This notice explains what personal information AithozPM collects throughaithozpm.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Who we are

AithozPM is a product and AI innovation company. We are the data controller for the information described in this notice. For any privacy question, contact aithozpm@gmail.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your company name, the nature of your enquiry and the message you write. We collect this because we cannot reply to an enquiry without it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed at us.

Information collected automatically

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and roughly where in the world they are. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. We have enabled IP anonymisation, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising, ad personalisation or remarketing.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to serve the site securely. This is necessary for the site to function.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and creates no identifier for you, so it cannot follow you between visits or across other sites. It runs for every visitor because there is nothing stored to consent to. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful.

Cookies

We use as few cookies as we can. Specifically:

• Your theme preference and your cookie choice are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and are not sent to us.
• Google Analytics cookies are set only if you press Accept. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied by default until you choose otherwise.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which resets your choice and shows the banner again.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use:

• Vercel — website hosting, delivery, running the function that handles the enquiry form, and cookieless page-view measurement (Vercel Web Analytics).
• Resend — delivering enquiry form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google Analytics — website usage measurement, with your consent.

These providers process data on our instructions. Some may process it outside your country; where that happens, it is covered by the transfer safeguards those providers maintain.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us — normally no more than 24 months after our last contact. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email aithozpm@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. We keep access to enquiry data limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited data we hold.

Changes

If we change this notice materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Please check back occasionally.
