Before you write

What happens after I get in touch?

We reply to arrange a short call — usually thirty minutes — to understand the problem properly. There is no charge for that conversation and no obligation attached to it. If we are not the right people for the work, we will tell you and point you somewhere better where we can.

What size of organisation do you work with?

From funded startups through to large enterprises. What matters more than size is whether there is a real decision to make and someone with the authority to act on the answer.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We work across India, GCC, Europe and most engagements run remotely, with on-site time where the work genuinely benefits from it.

How are engagements priced?

Fixed-scope engagements are quoted as a fixed fee against a defined deliverable. Fractional and advisory work runs on a monthly retainer. Pricing is discussed openly in the scoping conversation, before either side commits.
